Sharpening Grinder Teeth On The Machine

Hello, Does anyone have an on-line source for grinding tips I can put on my straight (air) grinder. I tried the Dremmel tips for carbide but they are very small and I could not get a good flat surface. Any pics of your set ups would also be appreciated.

I am a sharpening fanatic. I sharpen teeth after every or every other job. I spend too much time removing teeth, cleaning the teeth, the pockets, the head, anti seizing bolts etc.etc....
