Love the sherrill catalog....Hate the sherrill website.
I look through the sherrill catalog, find the things I like then order them from wesspur on-line. I cannot remember the last time I used a catalog to order something directly. I view the catalog as a gateway to the web site. If the web site sucks I instantly lose trust in that company. It's not like it is that hard to create a reasonable web site. Fix your spray painted plywood web site and you will actually get some business from me.
Sherrill people, you have lost at least $1000 from my business alone in the past month because of your painful 7th grade introduction to the internet website.
I can still be won back with excellent customer service, competative prices and a smooth web site. Until then I will continue with Wesspur who have been nothing less than exceptional (except when I got aluminum rings instead of steel rings on my false crotch)
