Any noticeable drawbacks to advancing the timing? Like rough idle or anything?

I know what you mean, Matt. I would suspect the wood you are cutting is a bit harder than what I cut here, even the kiawe.

They LOVE a base gasket delete, 1/2mm advance on the key and a muffler mod.
Then they wake up!
