SOLD

I hate to get rid of this, but don't have time to finish it. This saw is in good shape, great compression, etc.

When I got it, it had no spark. It has had an AM ignition system installed, but the threads on the FW nut were messed up while pulling the flywheel.

There is a Stihl nut on there now that seems to be stripped out. I think the nut could be removed and the crank may clean up. If not, this would make a great parts saw. I did a muffler mod on this saw, but haven't had it running yet. Great compression.

I am looking to get $85 shipped to the lower 48. Lots of good parts here, or it may clean up.

Yeap same boat you are on the crank.got mine cleaned up.actually bought a tap and die set to do it.if i didn't have prior deals going i would be all over it.four paws should be here shortly.

the ignition system leaves a bit to be desired in my opinion. Saws are built like tanks but the coil is buried behind the flywheel, and the FW pulls HARD!!

Still a great project saw for someone though

Josh, I replied to your message. It does have a clutch cover that is in good shape as near as I can tell.
