shindaiwa EB802RT leaf blower

Blower has issue with stalling out when trying to run on boost, I believe its starving for fuel. I've changed gas line and fuel filter with no help. rebuilt carb (the carb has no h or L adjustment) have set metering valve at .060 (only info i could find was to set between .060 - .070). Have ordered a gauge for setting valve. any ideas would be appreciated

Exhaust screen is clear or removed? Check exhaust ports to see if they are not plugged with carbon.
