Shopping chip trucks

Shopping for a GMC 5500, diesel, chip truck 11-12' box, < $15,000.
Would like to buy soon (before 2009).
Have searched Craigslist, treetrader.com, trucktrader, arborsite.

More ideas? Gotta truck for sale?

Try Mainka Enterprises. They are in treetader.com but dont list any prices. We got ours from him for a bit more than $15k but I am sure they can find one in your price range. Mainka is located in Milwaukee WI which is a pretty good distance from you, but it may be worth checking into any how.

I was just on their web site. They only have 3 chip trucks listed but they actually have more in-stock. They usually refurbish the trucks, but they dont do this until the customer orders what they want.

They are in the midwest but might be worth a trip. I have never bought anything from them so I can't vouch for the company..... Mike

I was talking to one guy who bought from them, he said they were fine. One ok reccomendation doesnt mean much though. Do your research no matter where you go.

I have a 98 GMC 7500 chip dump for sale if you are interested. The dump body is 17x7x8. It has a Cat 3116 engine with about 85k miles.

Looking at buying a 1998 International 4900 DT466, manual, 14' chip box with tool boxes - in the next couple days. Refurbished utility co. truck. New tires, new paint. Maybe 100,000 miles.
Looks like this one painted white.

I've used both GMC's and Int'ls and definitely prefer the international to the GMC. Not so sure on the pricing.
