They don't use skin from the buttocks to replace mouth tissue. Usually it is cadaver rectum. This is most resistant to the saliva acids and readily adapts to close match DNA sampling. Actual mouth tissue is hard to transplant. This is why you wind up with A$$ mouth from smokeless tobacco.
