Simington chain grinder

On Craigslist Portland there is a Simington chain grinder for sale asking $300 OBO. I know nothing about these but just thought I'd mention it here in case somebody is interested. This is not mine, nor do I know the owner.

Steve here... I was told if it's an old Simington swing arm square grinder it is allegedly what Silvey copied for there swing arm grinder
