I might try splicing braid - I've always spliced my own laid rope. It really helps to work out the bugs when you explain it to someone else. Thanx again!!!

I am fooling around with my own friction hitch at the moment so I appreciate the amount of time it can take to get system adjusted to suit your style and needs.

Repped for such great detail and for posting something out of the box.

Single-Jack............think I might owe you an apology. Your setup is quite innovative and may be even better/cleaner with some spliced rope!!!

rahtreelimbs: here's the termination simplified as you advised. It's MUCH "better/cleaner" and a lot quicker to rig - thanks again.
