Anyone have any opinions on makers? I'm concidering bringing a small one in this fall. Know someone who rents a Hydro-stumper.

What kind of site prep machines do you mean? "Bobcat' type skid-steers? Around here Bobcat and Case are popular.

I think one of these guys would do the trick. I am a big Rayco fan. http://raycomfg.com/Land_Clearing/land_clearing.html You probably should email rayco for information on rental information. I would think like Nations Rents or United Rental. One of the larger places. I have never seen one that big for rent. I would love to run one of these for a day. Dont get any ideas, I am not going to Milliwaukee for a day.
