this is prolly a long shot but i just acquired a ford cl 20 compact loader just a little bitty skid loader anyways i was curious if any of you guys have ever seen/run one of these units, its a neat little thing its got hand controls and most machines ive ever used if your sitting in the seat the left hand lever raises and lowers your bucket and the right one controls the dump and curl of it. and my unit is the opposite so i dont know if the previous owner made a repair to the valve or something and hooked up the hoses opposite they should be or what but i cant operate this thing worth a crap as it is very unnatural for me the way it is lol. any advice... the valve is hard to see but it looks pretty standard 6 hoses im guessing supply and a return like and an in and out port for both the lift cylinders and the tilt cylinders... can i just swap them around and it will be the correct or at least the way i want them to be.?

As long as the fitting size is the same and you pay attention to flow direction it should reverse. If the orifices are different sizes it may not function at the typical speeds(unlikely). Did this on a snow plow once and never had an issue.

ill have to get the cover off this next weekend to take a closer look thats what i was thinking also, just wish i knew someone that has run one of these to see if thats the way they were made, ill change it none the less if i can because im horrible at running it as is

Yea I would say you can switch at valve. I did that on an old Lahman Skidloader, that had the foot controls opposite of a Bobcat. That screwed me up bad. Also had a Gehl 4400 after that, it looks real similar to yours. That had dual hand controls, left was steering and right was up down and dump. On closer inspection, it is a different machine.
