I thought I would show you guys some pics I have of my skidsteer helping me do some logging. I have a bunch of pictures in my Photobucket so I will pull some out. I built the grapple and 72" grapple bucket myself.

Here she is maxed out with a 21' hard maple log.

Here's the grapple new, just learning how to use it with some firewood logs.

This is a little bunk trailer I made out of an old running gear. I made an adapter hitch so I can close the grapple on it and drive away. I can cut all day and pack it out latter. Just some firewood logs again.

Great job on the grapple. I bought a grapple bucket for my 40HP New Holland tractor. I think it a bit on the heavy side for mine. Yours look like it is designed well. How big of a cylinder is that for the grapple?

Thank you. The grapple and the grapple bucket both have 2" cylinders. I have not had any problems with clamping force, or bending anything. You need a flow restrictor though, to slow things down.
