We do residential tree care. Tree removals, proper tree trimming, stump removals, cabling & other bracing, fertilizing, tree moving+planting, pesticide applications, lightning protection and just about anything to do with trees.
We are a relatively small company with highly skilled employees and a great reputation. We get more calls and customers than we can handle.
Arbor-X was started in 1995 by J. David Driver, an ISA Certified Arborist and Maryland Licensed Tree Expert. In recent years, we get about one offer a year from a big "chain" tree company to buy us out. So, if your looking for the benefits and good pay of a big company, but want the flexibility and personal connection of a small company, we are what you are looking for. We work year round and there is never a shortage of work.
We need an experienced tree climber and we are willing to pay well for it.
Looking for a climber that is skilled enough to be paid around $35.00 an hour.
Vacation pay. (Increases every year)
Paid holidays.
Health care plan.
Retirement plan/investing.
Bonuses for no damage, bonuses for job getting completed faster than estimated time.
And many more benefits that go along with the job.
This would generally be someone with 3 or more years of climbing experience. Please do not apply if you have only been a rock climber or tower climber. We want an experienced tree climber/worker.
Looking for a climber that can do just about everything: removals with rope rigging is a must, proper trimming, some crane experience or enough rigging experience to learn crane work. Good physical shape and can keep ahead of the ground crew. Able to communicate well with workers and complete jobs without damage or wasted time.
Valid Driver's license a must. CDL a plus.
ISA Certified Arborist a plus.
