I like skiptooth o n bars 24 inch and longer when cutting large diameter wood. It's quicker to file and keeping the edge near 100 percent makes the job go easier and faster. If all the wood was clean and green you might not dull enough it be an advantage.

Making a lot of cuts on branches and brush, I would prefer full comp cause it is noticably smoother in those conditions.
Nice to have a few saws along and match them to the task, but it's not always practical. My pick up is usually close by my work and I have saws from 30ish cc to 95.

I wouldn't, 80cc saw should handle full comp just fine in hardwood. Run a 36" full comp on the 390xp, tried full skip a few times and never saw any benefit when felling and bucking. Even on the mill I wasn't convinced skip was needed running an 084av then a 394xp with 42" bars.

I run an Echo CS-8000. I run a 28" bar, full comp on mine. I would not be worried about full comp at 32". Sharpening a 32" chain is a concern. If price allows, try both - use the one you like least as your "extra chain" for use when you hit steel or rocks...
