That wasn't depressing at all. I lived about three miles from where that clearcut is near Cottage Grove, on Row River road in the late 70's/early 80's. Also, one of the fire camps for the Warner Creek fire in '91 was just across the highway from the Aristocrat trailer park there in Oakridge. There was good times there back in the day.
