Stood by my dealer while he asked Tilton about the 2258-2260 yesterday. 2156 and 2159 are "out of stock" and just happen to be the models that would be replaced. Of the others the people knew nothing and say they aren't told until the day before dealers are. But anyway, the reason I posted this thread is this:

Jonsered's new saws are revolutionising the market

Click on the image of the saw at the bottom. Now, spot what is REALLY interesting! Huh, see it? :msp_razz:

Its like my 562xp in that it dosent have an on/off switch. Just start it up and push the red lever down to kill her. besides that I have no idea what you may be referring to......

Yup. "All" I am referring to is apparently another completely new model.

Easy. Dont get all twisted. Thats actually not even "new"news as far as I know.....I just thought there might of been somethin else i was missin lol....No biggie. Its all good. I believe that was always the plan to replace the "2153"

Wups, I wasn't being snippy...hard to sound relaxed online.

No worries. I totally understand 110% They dont incorporate tone and inflection on a keyboard.

But yeah, that 2253 looks really, really nice.......btw, the comment i made about the o/off switch was prolly a moot point anyways as i believe the 346 i had was set up like that as well. I cant really remember.....At any rate, i wish those new Johnnies would start showin up

Yes, but as usual, that way of starting isn't mentioned in the manual.
