so do the 460 and 066 take the same muffler or what?

The 046 and 066 use totaly differant mufflers.
The front cover for a 044 will fit on a 046 though.

The newer ones take the same air filter, (I think) but not the same muffler.

Pretty sure the whole muffler will, been a while, but I think I put the whole 044 muffler I modded on an 046.

Jim, The funny thing is the mufflers will interchange between the 44 and 46, but the 46's muffler has a small slot cut in it just in front of the exhasut outlet. Go figure. In every other way they are the same.
