solo 634

picked up a solo 634 at the flea today.
chain looks like the one that came on it .
half used wit the depth gauges too high.
i get more saws like this.
any way any evaluation would be appreciated. looks like new but solo doesnt list it now so must not be.
also wonder if its 36 or 34 cc.

hey toneman ,i guess thats the next thing im going to have to do .never really was interested in pictures ,. but looks like i might ought to look into it. sorry
its just a new looking solo ,w chain break. and 634 stamped on it . it does say it was made in west germany . which tells a little about it.later now

It's a 34cc saw introduced in 1986. That's all I know.

thanks john ,thats what i suspected.
took the gauges down ,and she s pretty good little saw. easy to flood but thats just personality,i suspect.

im beginning to suspect something about this solo.i have stihl saws from the same time as this saw was put out .
and im finding little parts here an there that are the same as the parts on my stihls.the solo is made in germany the stihl is made in germany. hmm makes me wonder.
