Gotta cancel that call, just picked up an 034 Super off ebay. One guy has an almost new 029 FarmBoss on ebay for only $425.00 plus $55.00 shipping. But since the 034 was only $199.00 I could afford that.

You can get good deals on ebay, but you can also get really screwed, so you better know the value of what your bidding on! $480 dollars for a used 029, I wouldn't give half that for a used 029!

that shipping rate is a little high if you ask me. i sent 2 saws in 1 box to dan henry and it only cost me 25$ with a 1000$ of insurance. so it would seem to me someones trying to make money off the shipping also.

Yeah, but you should at least know what the new price of an item is that you are bidding on. Someone that pays more for an item on ebay, new or used, than they could pay locally is only screwing themselves.

Yea you're right rb_in_va, it is buyer beware. You should at least have some kind of idea what you are doing before taking the plunge.

Learned that one the hard way on a toolbox at a pawn shop. At least it wasn't a lot of money. And I didn't pay more than new price either.
