does anyone have a good close-up pic of a square ground/filed cutter?
i have never seen one, i have a tecomec for my chains and it works well for what i use it for. now, if i can see a good pic of square ground, i am wondering if i can dress a small grinding wheel to meet the needs of the angles, and set up my milling machine (probably use my mini-mill) using a tilt vise and make a little home-made jig to hold the chain.

does anyone picture this working? any thoughts?

I think it would be a lot of problems. The position of the wheel is wrong for the chain to hang properly in a way suitable for presentation. Here is a pic of a hand square filed tooth. Square Ground looks the same.
