We have only Stihls. About a dozen.

Is their a list of Standard ; interchangeable parts to get thru most things?

Like Rope rotors(recoil pulley), pawls, specific sized screws etc.?

Feel i have most; but is there a standard list someone has made?

You could just save the dead saws for parts. OH, that's right, you run STIHLs! Might be a while!:D
Those star wrenches for the Stihl screws are handy to have.
I've always just kept a mental list of wear items that might be coming due and pick stuff up at the parts store before I actually need them. Chains, sprockets, starter rope, etc. Most other parts last for years and don't need replacing often enough to justify stocking them in my shed.
If you ever need to replace the rubber moter mounts, replace ALL of them at the same time on a saw. Otherwise, the older ones will stretch or tear quite soon. I found this out the hard way, had to do it twice on one saw in less than a year.
