I recently was given this saw cleaned it up started to try to get it running but no spark I haven't tore it down th check for rust on the flywheel that's next but my question where do get a quality ignition coil without breaking the bank the last time I need one it was for a 455 rancher bought a mid priced one online nogo went threw 2 pricey ones from the dealer one worked for awhile then quit the other one was no good from the start found one on a junk saw its been running ever since so if you have had any luck sourcing a good ignition module let me know your thoughts

You aren't getting away cheap on this item as no one makes the correct OEM one other than Stihl.
But you need to confirm you aren't getting a spark first by testing for one via a external viewing of a grounded spark plug or a spark plug tester.
You will get the right coil by giving your dealer the serial number of the saw.
Order a new fuel solenoid and gas filter too.
