How much thickness do you lose on a one inch thick white pine board stickered for a year?

I assume you mean from shrinkage?

If so it will depend on whether it is quarter or flat saw.
Fully (oven) dry White pine apparently has a tangential shrinkage of 6.1% and a radial shrinkage of 2.1%
Thus a dry quarter sawn board will shrink by 2.1% in width and 6.1% in thickness
A flatsawn board will be the opposite.

The amount of shrinkage will depend on how dry the board is.

Thank you Bob. Looks like I'll have the 090 Stihl for the end of next week along with the 075 Stihl for milling with the 660.

Wood cells only begin shrinking once the MC goes below the fiber saturation point. So, assuming a FSP of 30% MC for Eastern White Pine that is air dried to 12% MC, the radial shrinkage would be 0.00 and the tangential shrinkage only 0.01inches.
