I have a 009L that needed the ignition wire replaced. Which I did and it is running. it is not however stopping. I am thinking that I may have not hooked the wires up correctly. My 009 Is a solid state ignition. And has a part referred to on the IPL as key #13 Trigger unit. Can anyone who is familiar with this model tell me where the small wires go. I am not 100% sure how I hooked them up I remember a small wire that I hooked to one of the screws that holds the coil and I think I hooked the other wire to the second screw. Thinking maybe they should be on the same screw or maybe I hooked them in backwards or something. Any and all input welcome

Wire from the coil (electronic) or from the points? There was a connection under the flywheel. The slide switch must also make good contact from the wire to the metal case. Pretty common issue with these. Clean the case where the slide contacts it.
