Stihl 015- Walbro HDC17A carb

Having issues with this carb? Was there a comment or youtube video about issues with this carb and a fix? I've rebuilt the carb, new gaskets etc. Positive pressure test but it still won't idle right or come to full throttle. THe circuit plate and metering lever was bad so I used a HDB plate and they look the same. I havent presswure tested the saw , thinking its more of a carb problem.

I have an 015 too, that had carb problems. Would not run.
Found that the nozzle check valve was bad / leaking.
Check goes where the pointer is. Can check it by putting a piece of fuel hose against it, and suck on it. Should hold vacuum.
The check valve material goes bad.
