Just checked it again, no pinching no touching, kill wire is fine.Does the wire go behind the carb? Maybe it got pinched.
I have lotta hours behind 025 s and very rarely an issue.

I don’t have a OHM meter. Wire looks normal to me but I’m gonna replace it first. Thanks lone wolf!I would check the switch with an OHM meter, then look for frays in the wire where it can short to ground also. It’s either one of these!
