Selling a very nice condition 028 wood boss 44 mm cylinder. I got the saw from an old family friend who passed away he was likely the original owner and when something stopped working he simply bought another, thus this is probably a 2 owner saw.
I got this saw with a scored piston the cylinders in great condition new meteor piston Caber rings. I’m a stickler for OEM everything else is OEM Stihl.
Stihl parts replaced:
case gaskets
Wrist pin bearing
Clutch springs
Fuel filter
All new fuel line
New impulse line (only chi-com available)
NGK BPMR2A plug
I deleted the base gasket squish is set at 0.020 and a small muffler mod
The chain is Oregon at 70%
The bar is Stihl 20” that was powder coated to Stihl grey.
Everything works as it should, the oiler works as well as any of my high output Oilers on the bigger saws. I might have 15 tanks since the rebuild it runs great.
