I picked up a stihl 029 basket case that the previous owner had taken in for repair because it was down on power. The repair shop had removed the carb, flywheel, clutch and oil pump. They wanted 200.00 for repair. He bought a new saw instead of getting it repaired and they wanted 70.00 to put it back together as is. The carb was filthy, the piston and cylinder look fine, i believe cleaning and rebuilding the carb might get it up and running. I have searched online for some kind of parts diagram or exploded veiw to help put this saw back together to no avail. Anyone know were i might find a diagram or service manual.
Thanks
