Withdrawn Stihl 036 Air Filter Cover

Need the one with the flat top and round latch like in the picture. Will have the number 1125 141 1001 molded into it.
Used with scratches is fine, but not faded. Thanks

That makes sense, sorry man i have 2 nos 1125-141-1000 and 2 used covers both 1000 as well but the whole assembly 1125-140-1900 which i ordered from my local stihl dealer a few months back

He only had 1 and it was cracked. Dozens of the other 1 you don't need. He said he has bins of other parts saws in another building and he would check in there when he has a minute.

I have one that's never been used, but it's the one that's part of the winter kit with the black rubber for sealing around the top cover. Doubt you're interested in that, but figured I'd throw it out.

This bulletin might help. 036 airfilter upgrade/change and decomp cylinder. Gives ser# range that you can convert to larger compensator filter.

Thanks, but just put a new non compensator carb on it, so stuck with the older type filter. Just need to find this cover for it.

Haven't been back to the saw shop to dig through his bins. Haven't forgot about it. Hopefully next Tuesday.

Thanks, but just put a new non compensator carb on it, so stuck with the older type filter. Just need to find this cover for it.

You can use non-compensator carb cover on the carb itself, newer plastic carb cover housing, and better filter if you plug the comp-filter hole.
