I could be mistaken but I believe the 036 Pro stops oiling the bar at idle while the 036 does not.
I'm a proud owner of two 036. One I bought new the other I picked up 20 years ago.
I saw a very nice looking 036 on Facebook marketplace a few weeks ago for $200 and almost went to get it, but didn't. It looked great and was hard to pass on.
