Son is putting the finishing touches on his rebuild. Did not have any info on the donor saw but the choke plate only seems to go to 3/4 open when switched from choke to run. You have to put a little pressure by hand on the plate to get it to flip to fully open. Is this normal? Thinking this may be an aftermarket carb says 3A on it.
