Stihl 042 Fasteners

I am rebuilding a stihl 042 and would like to replace all the flathead screws and allen screws with new stihl torx. If anyone can help me out with them please pm me with the number, size, and length required along with your costs. Thanks!

They're a T27 head. As far as threads, I think the IPL's have them listed. I'll have to look them up.

A few T27 won't fit... the heads are bigger than the old slotted and hex screws...

Where can a guy find a good ignition module for an 042?

The only slotted screws you really ought to worry about changing are the 4 case screws. Don't recall the length, I just measured the old ones and got them from my dealer.
