Stihl 044

I have the opportunity to purchase a slightly used 044 for $350.00

I believe this to be a decent price for a such a saw.

What say you guys?

Depends on what "slightly used" means. Most shops are getting $600 + for new ones.

Other than a few with spun crank bearings(long ago) that I know of, it`s a great saw.

I would jump on it if its in the same condition as described. The 44 is one of stihls best saws.

Pull the muffler off take a peek at the piston, if it's cool snap that rig up, that's cheeeeaapp!
