Stihl 088 / 880 piston & cylinder kits?

Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket source for Stihl 088 / 880 piston & cylinder kits? I tried searching the net but didn't find anything.

I know this is an old thread, but it's the one I found while looking for a cylinder for an 088. Found this http://www.hlsproparts.com/Stihl-MS880-cylinder-assembly-60mm-p/cp30880.htm but it's not compatible with older saws with the clip on muffler.
