Clean it all up. Careful of the crank and bearings. Remove the ignition. Clean away.
Going back together- new crank seals. Back to the vac and pressure test-if it holds, OK. But does the pulse line pass air when open?
After that is verified, check the carb again and verify assembled correctly and settings. Does fuel push out of the line with fuel in the tank? That is what should happen.
But FIRST- get your beverage of choice, sit back and just chill for a while. Sometimes it is the best place to start over when frustrated.
