Stihl coil 041 specs question

I have an old farm boss i picked up at a grange sale last year for $10. No spark. Decided to tear down, clean and test the ignition components.

My coil is bosch 2 204 211 052 and i am not sure i am reading the workshop manual correctly.

Is the primary winding 1.9 ohms to 2.5 ohms or 1.2 ohms to 1.7 ohms?

The "date code" is throwing me off (probably over thinking it)

Sell the saw for $20, and buy 1/2 case of beer.

HT has given the best advise, unless there’s sentimental value from that being grandpa’s old saw.

You should use the former range for the 523 date code.

What were the primary & secondary resistance values that you actually measured?

OK now i am curious is an 041 not worth repairing?? why?
