That actually makes sense, I like to limb with the 361 with 15" bar, 3/8x8 and RSC.....:rockn: :rockn:
I have to agree on this one I happen to like my 15'' bar on my 2159 also a 60cc saw. But I also like a long bar and smaller saw for limbing less bending! What the hell use this as a excuse to get another saw say a 260 with 18'' .325 chain?

Thanks!

You guys have some great advise! My 361 has a 20" bar and looking for a smaller powerhead to match-up with a possible 16" bar. This way I have two saws ready to go when I get the itch to cut firewood. A 260 maybe be what I'll look into.

Your best choices would be either a 260 or another 250, I suppose. A 260 with a 16" bar and a modified muffler is a good little saw.

+1
The 260 or even the 250 will make a fine companion saw to the 361 for cutting firewood.

There are a few other good choices from Husqvarna and Dolmar, but that wasn't what you were asking about so I'll leave it to someone else to try to sell you on a different brand.

Wow! Don't see that very often! Think I'll have to rep you for that one.

I'm no chainsaw expert but will put in my 2cents.I've been using an 028super for a couple of months now and it does a great job with a 16" b/c.The 260 is 2 or 3 cc's bigger and with a 16" would probably be as good or maybe better. If I really need more saw I grab the 038super with a 20" or 24"er.If I was going to replace the 028,it would be with a 260 pro.
