Stihl Oiler Problems

My new Stihl MS 310 oiler port on the bar keeps clogging. I plugs up really quick, within 10 minutes of use or less! Any Ideas as to why; I clean my saw very well every day after work.
Seems to be that the chain drags dust along the bottom of the bar groove and into the oil port a lot faster than what I'm used to with my other saws.

Have yet to check the oiler output, but the adjustment screw is set to all the way up.
I know that older posts say that all chain oils are the same thing (of course natural vs. natural and synth vs. synth) but I have been using Pouland Bar & Chain oil lately, could that be it ?

I checked the oiler output today after meticulously cleaning the bar, sprocket and chain today. Seems to be fine. When I rev her up to just 25% throttle, the chain lubes right up. You can see the difference without even stoping the chain, it starts too look shiny in a couple of seconds. I'm further suspecting that its those specific honduran mahoganys; there really full of goo.
