Sold STIHL MS 441

[ELECT6845]

I got this saw last week as it needed the spark plug hole repaired. I pulled the cylinder and used a "SAVE A THREAD" insert to make the repair. While the saw was apart I put new rings in it and made sure there was no play in the crank. I put everything back together and cut with it for about 15-20 minutes to make sure everything was good. The saw is in good condition overall and ran well.

Nothing personal, but the chain brake looks to be cracked on both sides, the muffler cover is cracked, and the handle looks like it was chewed on by the dog.

Did the previous owner think this was a bowling ball?

I like 441s, even if it is not M-Tronic, but, ...

It's a used saw that has been "used". I didn't advertise it as "new" and I tried to put up good pictures of the saw.
I learned along time ago not to take anything here "personal" as there is always going to be something negative said about every post.

It's priced at half the price of a new one.... so the cosmetic issues are a mute point. There's stihl a whole lot of life left in that saw and I think the price is spot on based upon the condition..... and Im a "Conditionalist"

You trade for an MS 360 with all new parts? Literally. New bearings, seals, tank, half wrap, plastic, clutch cover, recoil, etc..
