I had that once. Ran the saw with both bar and chain removed. Noticed a reassuring flow of bar oil coming from the oil port on the side of the saw body where it mates with the bar. Knowing where the oilflow "bottleneck" was, I cleaned out the upper/lower drive link channels (on the bar) and specially the oil hole on the side of the bar. Now it's routine to clean those areas of the bar anytime it is removed. Welcome to AS.
If it's not that, do a search on MS180 or 170, or 017 / 018 oilers.. If your saw was run with the brake on, it can overheat the casing and melt out the oil passageway..
