Stihl ms291 inner guide bar plate

I just got done rebuilding an MS 291. There is no inner guide bar plate on this saw, but there is a part number for an inner guide bar plate in the IPL.

When I look online and even on eBay, I only see an oem Stihl plate that matches the part number 1141 664 1002, from the IPL.

Is this $25 plate really supposed to be on there?

Yes it’s supposed to be used, but get your 1141 664 1002 from the dealer for $9…ebay sucks.
