:buttkick: :greenchainsaw: :dizzy:

Maybe I have'nt looked good enough on ebay....but I have'nt
seen any bigger loops........ebay seems high on Stihl chain
I give $24.50 for 30" loops.

It's only ONE chain! skip lunch one day (or brown bad it).. and buy one.:buttkick:

Call stihl with your dealer and have them ship you a loop.

I brown bad (bag) it ever day.......every damn day, wife is a good cook
and dose cook

Yep, a great cook - I'd take that bread everyday!

as for bad/bag - They won't let me edit my typos anymore, so you'll all have to put up with my failing eyesite and fat fingers.:help: :help:

Rapid Super is the gold standard...

I think so to,,,, but will run Carlton with out blinking

To me, it seems that the more often you touch it up, the better it keeps?

Example, it seems that if i run a file a couple - 3 times, each couple tanks full of fuel that can get a longer chain life then cutting till the saw slows down then sharpening 8 - 10 strokes.

Looks like if I want RS skip I would need to buy another
bar.......No such thing as Stihl .375 pitch .063 ga. RS skip, round ground chain. All my bars are .063.

Is it that, in this area 95% (guessing) of the trees are hard wood
Stihl dealers have only .063 ga. in .375 pitch.....Only reason that
I can think of for this, Hardwood pulls harder, so beef up drivers
and that should make drive & nose sprockets hold up better.
Or is their other reasons for .063 ga drivers?

Go West young man.... WEST... (or ebay)

Whatcha mean go West, that feller needs to come East, I got a stash of skip chain tucked away in the shop. Personal use of course, most folks around here have never heard of it,LOLOLOLOL

Before AS I had never heard of it.....Some times, ignorance is bliss

Skip chain will go great on your 32" bar, especially in green trees, it clears the chips a lot easier. Talk to Bailey's and tell them what you want, and they can probably fix you up with a good loop of Woodsmen Pro or if you are lucky some old hard steel Carlton chain.

that's cheap in my book for stihl chain. I'm used to seeing 28.60 for a 20" 3/8
