The tree falling "right where you want it to" 100% of the time is very unlikely. I usually get about 90%ish out of "right where I want it" and the last 10% ain't too far off.

I think this sound about right.
There is much that can happen when falling a tree. Total control is an illusion.
There is always possibility that something unexpected can happen.

HVA's had this for many years.
