How do you guys store your BS heads? I try my best to keep the thing isolated from anything sharp wherever I have it. If I take it out with me in a vehicle of whatever form, it stays in the front seat / bench.

How do you guys store yours?

Tim, it actually is the case that Sherrill sells. I can't remember the brand name, and it's at work. I'm heading over there in a few minutes to play with some gear, so I'll find out what the brand of the case is for you. You can probably find it cheaper than it is at Sherrill. I only got it because we were already ordering a large shipment from them with poles and other big and heavy stuff, and I didn't have to pay the shipping.

It really is the perfect fit, though, for the 2 four foot poles, the BS head, with room left over for throwbags and other small stuff.

I just got to work. It sure is nice living only three minutes away.:D

Tim, the rifle case bears the following inscription:

AirGlide by Plano

Hope that helps. Sorry Sean!:D

Is this it, Leon?

Doesn't bother me. Even if it is found cheaper somewhere else, we have the price guarantees, so Tim could still buy it from Sherrill.

Sean is correct! I found the BS set (two 4’ poles and head) cheaper elsewhere but Sherrill matched the price so I ordered from them.

I use the same plastic rifle case that Leon spoke of, and it works well. I can fit in the fishing reel and rod section as well as the rod holder, extra throw bags, and a spare BS rubber. People tend to give you a wide berth when you carry that sucker around, too :D .

Brian's bucket is a good plan too, 'cause it offers the best way to deploy and flake up the throw bag and line. I usually end up dragging a bucket around with me for this anyway  .

Um, ah, look three posts up from yours.

Yes. We will match special sale prices. For regularly priced items, we will beat the competitor's price by 10% of the difference.
