well, a kid got killed at Notre Dame, filming a football event when his lift fell (blew over). He had no business going up, and didn't know better.

50mph+ winds and he was put up in a lift........someone needs to be prosecuted.
Was my son, someone would die for that...

NO KIDDING, THAT IS MESSED UP.

We had a call last night,Ceder fell from one yard, over a fence, laying against the next house's 2 story roof, about 18"dia, SMALL.
Showed up and Joe Dirt was there with his ladder and his "wild thing" saw. I asked him if he had it handled, lol,he had his guy start running tools over to "spike" the job, we laughed, nobody new who called them, they just showed and started working, but once he fired the saw I bailed, made sure everyone knew that Joe Dirt was not part of my crew! Could of sworn i heard a big "DAAAANG" when we left.

I've been busy at work with bradford pears since the high winds started Tuesday.

I was thinking of making a proper trimming guide for them. It would include pictures of the tear out, cut off lower limbs, drop bradford, limb it, chip it, grind stump. :yoyo:
