So I was up in a tree and the choke lever fell out of my 015. I went to find a replacement on fleabay and apparently these things are more valuable than gold.

I found a 3d printer dwg, but dont have one.

its just a little D shaped shaft coming out the carb. I am wondering if I can get away with a BR600 or BR350 choke knob or any other knob, maybe a 190t choke knob? just wondering if anyone happen to have both that could test out, before I pull trigger on parts canon?

Some small Solo saws (63something, I think) used the same carb with a similar lever, maybe you can find one of them for cheap. Then you have a spare carb as well.
Or maybe you can find somebody with a 3d printer? They're pretty common nowadays. As a last resort, there are online services that print stuff and ship it to you

If you can provide me with an .STL file of the part drawing I can try printing some in ASA material (similar to the ABS used for Legos as and example).

I make some other parts with the ASA and if the parts are printed correctly they are pretty durable.

The Solo 631 is one of them. I have one along with several 015s. The 631 uses a Walbro HDA carb versus a HDC in the 015, but it might still work (never tried). The choke levers are the same, but unfortunately not much cheaper if you can find one.

Solo 2074645 Choke Lever NOS

EDIT: I guess I haven't priced a genuine 015 choke lever recently. Wow.

I had access to a BR600 and the shaft was not long enough. I ordered the FS200 Trimmer Choke knob for like $6 and I think it may work, let you know this weekend.
