I got tired of the one that came with the saw. This one snaps on adjusts tightly and is a little wider. Snap on snap off.

Got this vest at EMS. It's for rock climbing but I find it real handy to keep things I don't want falling out of the tree while I do the things you do while aloft.

Gotta get a leg strap set up for my zubat, thanks for the reminder. It is also time for a camelback. You can get em with a pouch but I hadnt thought about hanging a little krab on there. If you did it on the front you could hang stuff easy. Be like a mobile Christmas tree decoration if you took enough gear up there.

nice and simple idear on the strap, definitely will safe some time there! Once I put on the scabbard I leave it on all day though and take the saw out when I'm on the ground. Unfortunately I have already worn through and broken my scabbard gotta do some jb welding.

Have you guys looked at the army surplus load bearing suspenders? (aka alice straps) I love using the alice straps with a pistol belt - very sturdy and great for carrying stuff that you would need close at hand. You can get them on ebay for $5.
