Suspenders

If they get the job done, who cares about whether they are in style or not? Oh, are you afraid all your tree climber buddies are going to laugh at you? They will find it alot funnier when your saddle falls down around your ankles!

When I was a kid, my dad had suspenders for his work bags and they were the most retarded things I ever saw. Although they do seem to be a good idea if your climbing up the tree with everything and the kitchen sink to do some pruning.

Chain saw
Hand saw
3 climbing ropes
1 carabener
and alot of courage to shimmy up a branch that 20ft. tall and 6"- 8" in diameter.
That was one hairy day.

I use the Petzl Navaho - Stock suspenders. So far so good - They don't really get in your way. I havn't needed the suspenders to save me yet, although they are uncomfortable as the whole harness is. I would never recomend the Petzl Navaho because it is so uncomfortable, it cuts (The back strap) into you and the leg straps do ???? at all adjustments - It's chrissy so its about the time im gunna get a new harness, thinking buckingham traverse.

thanks for the honesty on the saddle, i got the mini boss and i aint too thrilled with it either
