I am brand new to this forum (new to forums as well)
I inherited my Dad's Stihl 031AV -- but it doesn't run.
I thought I would try to fix it. (first time fixing anything)

I found the owners manual (basically about how to use it safely) online.

But I think I need a service Manual or Repair manual.....

any suggestions?

Echo calls them power pruner. No numbers on any of the parts?
