038 Models
Hi, new here, and new to Stihl saws! I'm in need of the shop/service manuals that cover the 038 Magnum (Brazil made) and an 038 Farm boss. I bid on one on eprey, up to $24.00 and thought I'd check here to see what they're worth, and if anyone else has these available for sale, maybe a cheaper reprint or a disc. I'm not concerned about original books or papers, I save that concern for parts and hardware. If someone could give me a push in the right direction, I'll drink 12 or more in your honor!!!

LOL ... thanks, but the info that I have is all due to the generosity of AS members such as Dibbs, Ghillie, AndretheGiant70, PlantBio, and others who have readily shared their info here on AS. Those are the folks who deserve the thanks - I'm just a guy that's passing it on.

Could it an XL 923, or XL 925? My repair Manual does not show a XL 924. Bruce.
